Following on from the success of our conference in 2008, the Centre for Excellence in Professional Placement Learning (Ceppl), at the University of Plymouth is delighted to announce its 2010 conference: "Transforming Learners, Transforming Lives Conference".
This year`s conference maintains our focus on discussing innovation, knowledge and practice in placement, practice or work-based learning, along with showcasing the work of the Centre`s Innovation Fund Holders and Graduate Fellows.
The conference will be centred on six themes:
- Transforming learners, transforming lives
- Rethinking interprofessional education
- Technology enhancing learning on placement
- Preparing and supporting students
- Assessment for learning? Assessment for practice?
- Sustaining impact: ensuring the future of our learners.
