BEME Conference:Portfolios in the education of healthcare practitioners

BEME, in collaboration with the University of Warwick and the Association for Medical Education in Europe (AMEE), is organising a one-day Conference on "The use of portfolios in the education of healthcare practitioners: an evidence-based approach".

The Conference will explore the implications of recent developments in the use of portfolios for teaching, learning and assessment in the healthcare professions. It will also look at the lessons learned in relation to the conduct of BEME reviews, featuring the two recently completed BEME reviews, one looking at the use of portfolios in undergraduate education and the other in postgraduate education.
