Inclusivity

Enabling full and equitable participation in and progression through higher education for all prospective and existing students - relating to:

  • recruitment and selection of health professions students;
  • assessment, learning and teaching;
  • curriculum development;
  • staff development;
  • induction of students and staff;
  • the provision of ongoing student support thus increasing retention and completion;
  • student engagement and student involvement. 
Widening participation, diversity, equality and equity all contribute to ‘inclusivity’.
