Flourish—the eCPD project 01/09/2009
Project summary prepared by Sarah Chesney (Centre for the Development of Learning and Teaching, University of Cumbria). Funded under the 'JISC Users and Innovation: Personalising Technologies Programme', the Flourish eCPD project aimed to encourage staff to build e-portfolios that would help them apply for professional accreditation and gain academic qualifications. The project team believed this would help the staff store and reflect on evidence of their development.
